"Point all domains at this app now" does for every domain whose DNS is in Azure what a domain's own "Point this domain at this app now" does: empty website records point here, the domain and its www get a free certificate, and once a hostname serves https its plain http visits go on to https. Records already pointing elsewhere, and domains whose DNS is managed elsewhere, are left as they are. All of this also runs by itself every 15 minutes and right after a domain is saved - the button only runs it now; the list shows the latest run.
Mail portal hostname
The hostname every sign-in, activation and app-install link points at (MAIL_PORTAL_URL) is its own binding, separate from any one domain's web route above - it needs a subdomain CNAME (a zone apex is never rewritten). One-time action: writes that DNS record and binds it to this App Service.
Admin portal hostname
The hostname every administrator activation link points at (ADMIN_PORTAL_URL, default admin.avis.land) is its own binding too, same shape as the mail portal hostname above. One-time action: writes that DNS record and binds it to this App Service.
Mail receiver TLS certificate
Whether the self-hosted mail receiver's inbound SMTP (STARTTLS) is currently using a real, CA-trusted Let's Encrypt certificate or its generated self-signed fallback.
Checking…
Triggers the real deploy-mail-receiver.yml workflow on demand - the same one a push to main or the Monday schedule already runs. Safe to click any time: a certificate that isn't due for renewal yet is always a no-op. This also rebuilds and redeploys the mail receiver container, not only the certificate.
Manually add a certificate
Already have a real certificate for the mail receiver's hostname (bought elsewhere, issued by a different ACME client, or you just want real TLS live before finishing the automated setup above)? Paste it here instead - it's saved to the same storage the automated renewal reads from, so the next deploy picks it up exactly as if Let's Encrypt had issued it.
Desktop + Android app downloads
Powers /get-app and the register-kiosk download badges - public, no sign-in required. Once DESKTOP_BUILD_UPLOAD_TOKEN is set (one-time: same value as a GitHub Actions secret and an Azure App Service application setting), build-desktop-app.yml and build-mobile-app.yml upload a freshly built .dmg/.exe/.apk here automatically the moment each finishes - nothing to do below. Until then, or for a one-off manual build, download the artifact from that GitHub Actions run (unzip first - GitHub always zips them) and upload it here.

Tower entrance QR posters
One app, 5 device-specific QR codes - print and post whichever ones fit (e.g. one per entrance kiosk, labeled by device). Mac/Windows go straight to the installer; iPhone/iPad/Android go to /get-app with just that device's install steps. None of these ever need reprinting when a new build is uploaded above - same URL every time.
Prefer one universal QR instead (works out the device itself, one extra tap)? /get-app/qr.png.
Organisations
Every franchise or customer workspace, isolated from the others. Assign mailbox profiles to an organisation from the Profiles & aliases tab. Each Division's or vendor's own A.V.I.S Cloud contingent is drawn down by content it uploads on its own behalf - its own AVIS Press media library included - separately from any one mailbox owner's own individual allocation.
| Organisation | Plan | Status | Cloud contingent | Profiles |
|---|
Teams & Cloud contingent
Each team's own A.V.I.S Cloud storage contingent and the projects it works on. Tick who belongs to a team from the Profiles & aliases page.
| Team | Cloud contingent | Projects | Members |

Administrator devices
Every device you sign in on is recognised automatically and listed here - up to 5; a sixth replaces the one used least recently. Remove a lost or old device and it is signed out immediately.
| Device | First signed in | Last used |
|---|
Two-step sign-in
Recommended. Switch on an authenticator app, Face ID / fingerprint, or both: every sign-in to the administration then also asks for one of them after your password, and a recognised device no longer signs in by itself.

AVISCloud management
Every Division's and vendor's own AVISCloud storage, browsable from one place - a mailbox's documents plus its AVIS Press media library, with each organisation's Cloud contingent shown alongside. Download or copy a link to anything; the contingent number itself is still edited from the Organisations page.

GENESIS Collateral House Green Bond — data bank
Every fact shown on the Genesis Collateral House Exchange bond page, editable here. Seeded with the real, verified Series 2026-A-002 terms; nothing changes on the live page until you save.
Editing is locked
Blocked by default for every administrator. Send a verification code - it only ever reaches the Superadmin's own contact@genesis.family inbox - then enter it below to unlock editing for 20 minutes.
AVIS Press — article desk
Create, edit, categorise, feature and unpublish the articles shown at avis.land/press and on the Exchange's own News tab. A Superadmin sees every division's and vendor's articles and may accept one a Division/vendor submits before it goes live.

Import articles
Import from URL
Fetches the real editorial content at the URL below, server-side, at the moment you click Import, and saves each recognised article as an unpublished draft for you to review here before it goes live. Works with any https:// address - not just avis.press - so you can bring in a post from an external blog or news site the same way. Every outbound request is checked against private/internal addresses (including where a hostname resolves to, not just its name) so this cannot be used to reach internal or cloud-metadata services, and redirects are not followed. Images improve automatically as they come in - AI upscaling and hero-image cropping run when configured, otherwise the originals are kept as-is. In this sandbox this will fail (no outbound network access) — it is expected to work once deployed to the real Azure production environment.
Import from document
For a source that can't be fetched by URL (for example, an archive of old posts saved as a PDF or Word file) - upload it here and A.V.I.S reads the whole document, finds every distinct article in it, and saves each one as an unpublished draft for you to review, exactly like Import from URL does. Large documents can take several minutes and go article by article - each one is saved as soon as it's ready, so closing this tab early only loses the ones not yet done. A very large or text-heavy document may have its later articles come back empty - if that happens, try splitting it into smaller files. PDF or Word (.docx), 10MB max. A WordPress export file (.xml, from Tools → Export on a WordPress site, or a hosting provider's own WordPress export) is read directly instead - every real published post's exact title, body, category and date come from the file itself, not A.V.I.S's reading of it, so this is instant and exact however many articles it contains.
Import from an AVISCloud document
Already have the archive stored in AVISCloud instead of on this PC? Pick it below - up to 300MB, far past the 10MB limit above, since the text is read out of it on the server rather than sent to A.V.I.S as an attachment. A.V.I.S then reads through the whole document in order, finds every distinct article and the date it belongs to, and saves each one as an unpublished draft with that real date - so a long history stays in the same date order it was originally written in, not bunched up as "today". Any genuine photo the archive's own pages carry (never a repeated letterhead or logo) comes along too, attached to whichever article it belongs to. Large archives go article by article and can take a while; each is saved as soon as it's ready.

Products — data bank
Manage every division's and vendor's products for their shops on AVIS.Land. A Superadmin sees every division and vendor; a vendor's own login sees and can edit only its own seller's products.

Invite a new external vendor
Creates the vendor's own Organisation (labelled "external vendor" in the admin) and sends the same real portal-activation invite already used for team-member activation. Once activated, the vendor's own portal login manages only its own products here - never another seller's, and never a superadmin-only area.
